Supreme Commander 2 High Resolution Texture pack?

I was wondering since basically the major thing that the graphics of supcom lack, is good textures, is it possible to create a texture pack like the ones for various other games?|||The graphics are good enough to tell what is going on from even a modest zoom level, what would be the reasoning other than making an easy to run game more difficult on older comps?

Now a graphical overhaul to make effects and units less toylike and more gritty looking, I could see sense in that.|||Ntalikeris_666|||sanman|||Mooilo|||ITs too bad someone doesnt redo the textures for the SC2 units. The Textures for FA were awsome... If only someone would effectivly replace the SC2 Textures with FA textures X-x|||UPDATE:
