This mod is required by my Veteran Producing Factories v1.5 and Improved Core Veterancy mods.
Basically what it does is pass enabled enhancements, veterancy and kill information from one unit to its upgrade (ie, T1 Land Fac to T2 Land Fac, T2 Shield Gen to T3 Shield Gen, etc).
