Duncane Mass Extractor Balance mod
This simple mod halves the cost and health of mass extractors.
This seems to promote more expansion and also more raiding as the extractors are weaker.

Place the scd file in your gamedata folder. To disable remove the file from gamedata. You wont be able to play this online unless all players have the mod. Works for both vanilla and DLC.
Please leave feedback.|||What of the RP when razing them?|||BulletMagnet|||Yes, it would, but my concern is that it might be too advantageous. At some point it would be worth raiding enemy mexes purely for their RP worth, not the damage it'd do to their economy.
Requires testing, but I thought I'd throw it out straight away.
