[REL-SC2] All Out Mod v1.0 (2011/03/11)

Allows the player to build all units and structures at the outset. There are two versions: All Out and All Out Revamp Edition. In the Revamp Edition, the Tech Toggle feature has been removed as an add-on for factories and is enabled by default.

:)|||Just a quick rundown:
All Factions has been split into All Factions + Lonely, where now All Factions just adds the other two factions' ACUs and Lonely just removes the initial two engineers (before All Factions would also remove the engineers). I split the effects into two separate mods given what I'm doing with some other mods.
All Out simply enables all units and structures at the outset. The research tree still remains (although I'll have to work on it), so the focus of the game is how well you can outresearch your opponent in terms of abilities and upgrades.
Unholy Alliance is playing with both SupCom 2 and FA ACUs completely independently and side-by-side with absolutely no overlap between units and structures. Essentially, you would be playing two games simultaneously: SupCom 2 would remain in its vanilla state, while FA will use the Tech Toggle feature. Unfortunately, this mod will have to remain player vs player because it wont be possible to code the AI to build units from the FA factories.
Re: music, just some synth stuff I'm playing around with. I'm still experimenting. I might do something with orchestras as in TA, but right now I'm testing out some fast beats.

For FA nostalgia, I can (1) completely remove every entry from the tree so that it is entirely empty, and (2) specify what units are affected by the upgrade items in the tree if I want to keep the tree there.
The former is easily implemented in research_layout.lua by removing all the entries and leaving all the tables empty. The latter is achievable by changing the CATS value in Research.lua to be specific to a particular unit and not a category (i.e., UCL0001 vs CYBRAN ENGINEER).
